Job Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory
• Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels.
• To obtain quotations for the low value parts locally based on the requirement as per the instructions given.
• Demonstrating the ability to work alone or in a team.
• Communicating effectively with Supervisors, Operations, and other staff.
• Ensuring all work is completed in a safe, environmentally compliant, and cost-effective manner.
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to maintain inventory control and stock level.

Required Qualifications

• 3 Pass in O Level

Preferred Requirements

• Should have knowledge in using Microsoft Office software
• Knowledge of relevant product sectors
• Good understanding of supply chain procedures
