Road Development Corporation Limited (RDC), invites bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Consultancy Services for L. Gan Major Road Project.

The Bidder shall be registered to submit the bid. Registration emails shall be received via email prior to the registration deadline stated in the table below stating the following details.

A pre-bid session is set for this project for the interested parties. The purpose of the session is to discuss the technical aspect of the requirements and allow the representatives to ask/clarify any concerning questions related to the bid. All the prospective Bidders are encouraged to participate in the Pre-bid meeting. Bidders are allowed to submit even though

Inquiries will be taken via email ([email protected]). Requests for clarification should be received by the bidder prior to the deadline stated in the table below. Response for clarifications will be sent within 3 working days from the deadline mentioned.

Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the day of bid opening.

This tender shall take place in two stage tendering. The bidder shall seal the original bid in two separate envelopes, duly marking the envelopes as “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" and "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL" marked accordingly, both envelopes shall be submitted concurrently. All envelopes marked “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL” shall remain unopened until the second Bid opening.

Bids submitted via email or courier will not be accepted. In addition to the bid document, bidders are required to submit completed Vendor Registration Form (attached to this Invitation on gazette). (Parties who are already registered as Vendors of RDC, do not need to submit the Vendor Registration Form again.)

Bids will be opened in a session to be held at the office mentioned in the below table, and in the presence of representatives of tenderers who wish to attend. Late bids will not be accepted.
