Job Responsibilities

• Preparing project concept papers/ work scope statements

•     Formulating BOQ & Materials lists 

•     AutoCAD drafting

•     3D Modeling via SketchUp 

•     Preparing project timeline and project status report.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.  

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in using AutoCAD 

•     Experience in managing construction related projects.

•     Experience in developing and presenting reports and presentation.

•     High proficiency in spoken and written English.

•     A’ level English A pass. 

•     IELTS band score above 7 would be an added advantage.
