Total Salary

  • Bachelors Degree in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in the industry with a background in multimedia design.
  • Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development.
  • Experience in product marketing, branding collateral development and motion graphics will be an considered an asset.
  • Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Aftereffects, etc.
  • Outstanding leadership and organization skills
  • Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities

 

Minimum Qualification and Experience Required

  • Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion.
  • Spearhead and manage content strategy for both small and large projects, harnessing brand design, art, motion graphics and digital technology.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and corporate PR in developing communication plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities.
  • Develop internal marketing campaigns that translate objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies.
  • Develop concepts and create designs for all web, print, and digital collateral, including but not limited to MIFCO products and Masfihaara outlets.
  • Develop all marketing content for company and products
  • Meet budget requirements by forecasting and managing expenses regarding all internal design content and report to General Manager.
  • Prioritize work and resources across engagements, based on short- and long-term needs, and develop schedules by collaborating with relevant departments related to the project.
  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with the sales and marketing team, maintaining strategic thinking to develop innovative and actionable initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner.
  • Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for local and international audiences.
