Job Scope:	Responsible for the day-to-day key operational processes while working in shifts attending Incidents and Requests. Actively offer operational, employee and customer (internal and external) related feedback to the superiors while demonstrating high degree of standard awareness on Company workflows and procedures.
Job Criteria:	A level two passes with one year experience in a related field OR Bachelors in Information Technology A+ and N+ Certifications will be an added advantage
Salary & Benefits	MVR 11,500 – MVR 12,500 Health Insurance for staff and dependent as per Corporate Health Insurance Policy Rebated tickets on Company Airline services as per policy Credit facility enrolment from selected institutions
Location:	Information Technology Department / Corporate Headquarters
