INVITATION FOR THE SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
LEASE OF COMMERCIAL UNITS FROM KUDA GIRI (PICNIC ISLAND)
1. Housing Development Corporation Ltd. (HDC) is seeking potential and competent parties to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Lease of Commercial Units from Kuda Giri (Picnic Island).
2. The unit identified for the project are:
- KG-C-01 measuring an area of 1,541.71 sqft for the provision of a Café
- KG-C-02 measuring an area of 901.49 sqft for the provision of a Convenience Store
- KG-C-03 measuring an area of 522.05 sqft for the provision of a Retail (Gift / Souvenir Shop)
- KG-WS-01 measuring an area of 1,040.98 sqft for the provision of a Watersports Hut

4. Incase HDC receives more than one proposal, HDC would proceed with the best EOI as per the criteria.
5. A complete set of Information Sheet is available on our website www.hdc.com.mv and properties.hdc.com.mv for downloading free of cost. HDC shall not be liable for any information not received by Proponent. It is the responsibility of the proponent to verify the latest information uploaded to the website related to this EOI.
6. The Expression of Interest (EOI) must be submitted via E-mail or to the address given below, no later than 15:30 hrs on 08th December 2022 (Thursday)
7. The EOI submitted (Envelop) shall bear the following:
Lease of Commercial units from Kuda Giri (Insert Usage Name Here)
Announcement Number
The name and address of the proponent
