INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS
LEASE OF UNIT FOR THE PROVISION OF CAFÉ / RESTAURANT FROM VINARES COMMERCIAL
1. Housing Development Corporation Ltd. (HDC) is seeking potential and competent parties to submit proposal for Lease of Unit for The Provision of Café / Restaurant from Vinares commercial.
2. The units identified for the project are:
- V2-G-04 measuring an area of 1,554.16 Sqft
- V4-1-03 measuring an area of 1,360.13 Sqft
- V5-G-01 measuring an area of 1,001.90 Sqft
- V8-G-06 measuring an area of 1,221.49 Sqft
3. Proposals must be submitted no later than 14:00 hrs on 26th December 2022 (Monday), and must be accompanied by a Bid Security, in accordance with the Instruction to Proponents.
