State Trading Organization Plc. (STO) is pleased to offer the opportunity to submit proposals for design, build and install panel board at STO Trade Centre.
1. The Eligible Tenderers are limited to;
1.1 Parties who have completed at least 1 Panel board design, build and installation work valued over MVR 200,000.00, in the past 5 years.
1.2 Parties who have the power engineering license
2. Eligibility of the tenderer will be validated by:
2.1 Reference letter/completion certificates or any documentation in the name of the Companies/Government Entities/Institutions/Commission etc. (any legal or government entity) for general construction work successfully completed within last 7 years.
- To assist in the assessment and eligibility of the bidder, STO may, at STO’s discretion, ask any proponent to submit any documents (including and not limited to some mandatory documents) for clarification and verification.
2.2 Power engineering license will have to be provided.

Registration and Bid Document: |
Tenderers can register via email to [email protected] along with the documents required to verify the eligibility criteria
Deadline for Registration is 7th December 2022, 1100hrs.
ONLY Eligible Tenderers can register and participate in the tender.
A complete set of Bidding Document in English shall be sent via email on, 08th December 2022, only to the parties who have successfully registered under the tender. |

Pre-bid meeting / site visit |
Mandatory Site visit will be held on 11th December 2022,1100hrs at STO Trade Centre |

Questions and Replies: |
Questions shall be type-written in English, and shall be sent via email, on or before 13th December 2022, 1100hrs, to the address specified below. Replies to questions will be given on theof 13th December 2022, to all those who have successfully registered under this tender

Tender Submission: |
Documents shall be emailed to [email protected] [NOT LATER than 18th December 2022 at 1100:00hrs.] Submissions received after deadline shall be rejected. |
