INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS

 

LEASE OF UNIT FOR THE PROVISION OF RETAIL STORE FROM STELCO (HIYAA) COMMERCIAL

  1. Housing Development Corporation Ltd. (HDC) is seeking potential and competent parties to submit proposal for lease of unit for the provision of retail store from STELCO (Hiyaa) Commercial.
  2. The unit identified for the project are:
    • 20458-G-02 measuring an area of 595.03sqft
    • 20458-G-03 measuring an area of 595.03sqft

3. Proposals must be submitted no later than 14:00 hrs on 15th December 2022 (Thursday), and must be accompanied by a Bid Security, in accordance with the Instruction to Proponents.
