State Trading Organization Plc. (STO) is pleased to offer the opportunity to submit proposals for design, build and install panel board at STO Trade Center.
1. Tender Eligibility:
1.1 Eligible tenderers are limited to:
Parties who have completed at least 1 Panel board design, build and installation work valued over MVR 200,000.00, in the past 5 years.
1.2 Eligibility of the tenderer will be validated by:
Reference letters, customer testimonials and legal documents proving the successful engagement between the tenderer and the client.
1.3 To assist in the assessment and eligibility of the bidder, STO may, at STO’s discretion, ask any tenderer to submit any documents for clarification and verification.
1.4 Only Eligible tenderers can register and participate in this tender.

Registration and Bid Document: |
Tenderers can register via email to [email protected] along with the documents required to verify the eligibility criteria
Deadline for Registration is 26th November 2022, 1100hrs. A complete set of Bidding Document in English shall be sent via email on, 28th November 2022, only to the parties who have successfully registered under the tender. |

Pre-bid meeting / site visit: |
Mandatory Site visit will be held on 29th November 2022, 1100hrs at STO Trade Centre. |

Tender Submission: |
Documents shall be emailed to [email protected] [NOT LATER than 05th December 2022 at 1100:00hrs.]
Submissions received after deadline shall be rejected. |
