1. The Secretariat of V.Fulidhoo Councilrepresenting the Employer, Secretariat of V.Atoll Council/V.Felidhoo/Republic of Maldives invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction and other services for the finishing work of V.Fulidhoo Police Post

       2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Public Procurement System which is the legal Procedure outlined in the Public Finance Regulation of the Republic of Maldives and is open to all bidders as described in the Bidding Document.

       3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Secretariat of V.Fulidhoo Council, Imthinaan Abdul Gafoor, [email protected],mvand inspect the bidding documents during office hours 0800 to 1400 hoursat the address given below.

       4. To collect the Bidding Documents eligible bidders should

• write to the address below requesting the Bidding Documents for Construction and Other Services for the Finishing Work of V.Fulidhoo Polic Post.
• pay a nonrefundable fee of Two Hundred Rufiyaa (MVR. 200.00) by deposit to the Council’s Bank Account or make a direct cash payment to the Secretariat of V.Fulidhoo Council to collect a printed document.
• The document will be either sent by Electronic Mailorwill be available to collect from Secretariat of V.Fulidhoo Council. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

       5. Deliver your bid

Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for bid submission in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.

       6. The Secretariat of V.Fulidhoo Council will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of bids.
