Island Aviation Services Limited is wholly owned by the Government of Maldives and is the operator of the national airline of Maldives – Maldivian. IASL provides International and Domestic Airline related services and Airport Management Services.

 LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (JOB REF NO: J/2022/93)

 Scope of work:                    

• Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating Learning and Development activities of Island Aviation Services Ltd.

 Qualifications:                     

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management
• Minimum 02 years’ experience in a supervisory role
  • Minimum 01-year experience in a senior HR position in aviation industry will be an added advantage

 Requirements:                    

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Conflict management and resolution
• Collaborative skills
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
