Salary & Benefits

• Net Salary Range: MVR 14,000 – 15,500
• Overtime and extra working days allowance
• Health insurance will be provided after probation

Job Responsibilities

• Assisting on construct and develop of detailed plans for management review
• Develop conceptual design and drawing set required for project planning, tender and execution
• Provide cost estimation and evaluate construction cost throughout the project
• Provide assistance to develop project management plan during planning stage
• Prepare tender documents and bid templates
• Ensuring agreed Quality Assurance Processes are adhered
• Completion and supporting the delivery of bid, implementation and projects as directed by the manager
• Provide updates with management on project schedule and completion

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Business or Project Management or in a related field

Preferred Requirements

• Should have knowledge in using Microsoft Office software
• Knowledge of all rules and regulations regarding property
