The deadline for submission of Expression of Interest, announced by Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation Limited (MMPRC) pursuant to the announcement dated 15th September 2014 (of reference number (IUL)MMPRC-HAS/1/2014/50), to take on lease land parcels allocated for the development, operation and maintenance of Beach Resorts under phase 1 of the Thumburi Integrated Resort Project at Laamu Atoll, Republic of Maldives, has been extended to 14:30 Hrs on 31st December 2014.

For details on submitting an application for Expression of Interest, the selection process, the details of the available land parcels, the lease terms, and the permitted use for the land parcels, please refer to the document named “Instructions for Submission of Expression of Interest” (“ISEOI”)  via our website www.investtourism.gov.mv.

Therefore, interested eligible parties may submit their Expression of Interest with all the necessary documents, duly signed by an authorized signatory and sealed, by 14:30 HRS on 31st December 2014 to the address provided in the ISEOI document."
