Basic Salary
|
- Service Allowance: 60% of Basic Salary
- Professional Allowance: 40% of Basic Salary (Degree or Masters certificate) or 20% of Basic salary (Diploma certificate)
- Food Allowance: MVR 60 per day

Other Allowances
|
- Degree with MNQF level 7 or above in Business Management or relevant field; AND minimum 2 years of experience in a similar level position in a related field.
- Fluent communication skills, excellent organizer, efficient time management and people management skills.
- Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment and should be a person of high integrity, ethical and moral standards

Minimum Qualification and Experience Required
|
- Support the Department HOD with achieving the Company goals and department objectives and work with the relevant departments and sites to achieve high level of performance.
- Reporting the work within the mandate of the department according to the policy and procedures.
- Ensuring the purchase requisitions for local purchases and overseas purchases follow the set procurement process.
- Ensuring the overseas purchases are cleared from the relevant government institutions on timely basis.
- Liaison with the relevant departments to ensure the requirements are accurate before purchase.
- Arrange payment requirements accordingly with the recommendations of the Department HOD.
- Organize all meetings and manage all administrative requirements of the Department.
- Support in supplier analysis to maximize purchasing benefits for the Company.
- Arrange bids as instructed by Department HOD and manage the procurement/bid committee meetings.
- Report procurement/bid committee recommendations to the Department HOD on timely basis.
- Liaise with the supplier network and maintain good relations with them.
- Visit sites according to requirements and oversee the procurement functions at the sites.
- Support the management of the department budget and manage all purchase requirements within the set policies and procedures of the Company.
- Report the most recent changes to the polices and regulations and inform the Department HOD of any changes to the operational requirements.
- Support the department staff and be an exemplary team leader.
- Identify areas of development of the department staff and manage the training requirements and manage the performance of staff.
