MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• Degree or MNQF Level 7 qualification in a relevant field with 4 years’ experience in relevant field (OR)
• Advanced Diploma or MNQF Level 6 qualification in a relevant field with 8 years’ experience in relevant field

OVERALL SCOPE
Providing administrative and technical support to the department in maintaining, designing, and providing creative marketing-related materials for HDC’s development projects, enhancement of corporate image, and branding of Hulhumalé as a destination.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Prepare graphical documents, materials, and illustrations for marketing-related campaigns.
• Use creative thinking to produce new ideas and concepts for project marketing and brand development.
• Maintain and manage HDC’s website and provide ideas for further development of the website.
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for commercial project marketing.
• Liaise with other departments and committees in creating, designing, proposing vivid materials and managing events for the respective events of the Corporation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to structure, and present well-organized and persuasive design ideas and direction.
• Prepare video graphical clips and presentations.
• Create 2D and 3D visual graphics.
• Develop UI and UX designs.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Proficiency in animation and copywriting will be an added advantage.
• Proficient with design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Able to provide and implement creative ideas
• Able to present information in forms, tables and spreadsheets.
• Exceptional creativity and innovation
• Should be an effectual communicator verbally as well as through writing skills
• Ability to operate under immense pressure
• Familiarity in Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
• Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets
• Flexibility with long working hours
• Should be able to work as an individual and as a flexible team player

SALARY PACKAGE
Salary negotiable based on qualification and experience.
