INVITATION FOR BIDS

Due to inadequate response to the previous announcement, Ref No: (IUL)438-ENV/438/2019/320 dated 14 September 2022, we would like to cancel the previous announcement and re-invite interested eligible Consultants (company/ partnerships/ institutions/ Joint Venture/ sole proprietorship) to submit their Proposals.        

The Government of Republic of Maldives represented by Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Technology (MoECCT) has received financing from Global Environment Facility (GEF) and intends to part of the proceeds towards procuring the services of a Consultant (company/ partnerships/ institutions/ JV/ sole proprietorship) to conduct training and development manual related to persistent organic pollutants and hazardous wastes for enforcement officers in Maldives. The Ministry now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for this project.

Bid Validity and Bid Opening

Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of bid opening and shall be submitted to the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Technology at the address given below, before 10:00 AM Maldivian Time on 17^th October 2022. Late bids will be rejected.

The bids will be opened at 10:00 AM on 17^th October 2022in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish to attend the bid opening.

Bid Clarification

Any clarifications to the bid may be sent to  below given mail address on or before 11^th October 2022, at 1200 hours. Bid clarifications will be sent latest by 13^th October 2022, 1400hrs.
