QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Master’s degree with 1 year experience in Business or Accounting and Finance OR
- Undergraduate Degree in Business or Accounting and Finance with 3 years’ experience in Business or Accounting and Finance
- Analytical skills with ability to evaluate financial data.
- Determined and highly motivated, with ability to work without close direction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality.
- Must possess initiative, be reliable, dependable, eye for detail and be able thrive under pressure.
- Ability to manage staff and to meet targets and deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skill
- Able to work overtime as and when required

IMPORTANT RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE, BUT NO LIMITED TO:
- Prepares project budgets; cost estimates and forecasts, establishes cost and schedule controls to ensure that all projects are completed in a timely manner within budget limitations.
- Assist in developing in-house projects, which includes project layout, review, comments, specification preparation.
- To prepare the business case for projects, including financial analysis & appraisals; and to prepare and present reports and recommendations.
- To work with internal and external partners to initiate, develop, and deliver major capital projects in line with strategic corporate aims.
- Liaise on a regular basis with the stakeholders and institutions.
- Work with the team on development of new products and existing projects to meet customer quality and delivery expectations.
- Assist in preparing project proposals.
- Assist in developing project documents.
- Coordinate with the agricultural experts
- Work in the compilation of the business plan.
- Participate in product development meetings and make other arrangements for the meeting.
- Develop relationships, networks and engagements with international donor and development partners.
- Communicate product developments business requirements to all stakeholders, including international stakeholders.
- Prepare Business Plan and other required publications from the company.
- Prepare feasibility study and calculation for the projects.
- Other ad hoc duties to support Agro Team.
WORKING HOURS:
- 08:00am to 16:00pm (Sunday to Thursday; and Saturdays if needed).
