1.1 INTRODUCTION
Male’ Water and Sewerage Company Pvt. Ltd. (MWSC) requests proposals from qualified bidders to produce a 5 minute video song with sound mixing. The song will be provided by MWSC and the selected contractor will be asked to work in close collaboration with and in support of MWSC’s Marketing & Public Relations Team.
1.2 SCOPE
The Contractor would be responsible for directing, filming, producing, editing, song mixing and duplicating the video.
Please note below requirements to do the above:

Duration of Videos |
Full video song: 5 minutes 30 seconds cut of the video song 5 video clips of the song (up to 10 seconds duration) |

Locations of filmography |
Location/s which can portray the beauty of the Maldives |
|
Song mixing |
The 5 minute song will be provided by MWSC. The contractor may remix and re-master the song, depending on the concept of the video song. |
|
Lyrics translation and subtitle |
The lyrics is in Dhivehi. Contractor will be responsible to translate the lyrics and include in-video subtitles in English |
|
Concept, Structure & Script |
Concept and idea will be briefed by MWSC. Contractor shall provide the final key structure/storyboard based on the initial idea. |
|
Video format/specifications |
The video would be produced in a high-definition (HD) video mode of 720p, 1080i, 1080p or better. |
|
Actors and models |
1 main character actress will be provided by MWSC. Other extra actors and models to be hired by contractor |
|
Post production |
Producer shall provide all necessary post-production services to complete the Deliverables |

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Only those who attend the information session are eligible to participate in the tendered bid.
- The bidder (single firm, company, partnership, or other legal entity) shall be registered in the Republic of Maldives;
- The above must be fully supported by including all the following documents in the bidders’ proposal. Failure to include any will render the bidder ineligible and nonresponsive, leading to disqualification of the bid.
- Copy of Company Registration Certificate
- Company Profile Information sheet issued by the Ministry of Economic Development
- Copy of Bidders National Identity Card
- GST Registration Certificate
- MIRA Tax Clearance Report (past 6 months from the date of bid submission)
- Bid Form or RFP form ( all sections completed, signed, and stamped)
