POSITION: RISK MANAGEMENT OFFICER TRAINEE

Requirement / Qualifications:

Minimum 2 passes in A’Level and a “B”  Pass in English

Experience in a related filed will be an added advantage

Key responsibilities: 

·      Work with the head of Safety in reviewing of safety reports and carrying out risk assessments where     applicable.

·      Work with the head of Safety in Investigating incidents, possible violations and unsafe practices in the relevant operational area and preparing investigation reports for the purpose of preventing similar occurrences in the future.

·      Work with the head of Safety in the monitoring and evaluating the results of corrective actions.

·      Work with the head of Safety in Monitoring and analysis of safety data to identify trends and concerns.

·      Work with the head of Safety in Monitoring and analysis of safety data to identify trends and concerns.

·      Assisting to verify and monitor activities in the operational area , to ensure the standards required by the MCAA and AIA approved procedure are carried out correctly.

·      Administration and coordination of the Quality assurance programme.

·      Maintaining a sound General Knowledge of the requirements and in particular, of all legislative requirements relating to the AIA’s approvals issued by the MCAA and other agencies.

·      Assist the Quality head in ensuring communication and coordination with operational managers in the management of operational risk to ensure the efficient reporting of safety, quality and security issues, and to ensure such issues are appropriately addressed.

·      Assist the Quality head in Assuring the control and endorsement of QMS documentations

·      Assist in Auditing and inspecting contract service providers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

·      Assist Head of Quality with internal audits/ Inspection and managing documentation process.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:

·      Must have the ability to work under pressure

·      Good communication skill
