Subject:  Design and Management Consultancy for the Re-development of Male’ road network.

1. The Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure, on behalf of the Government of Maldives is seeking proposals from interested, financially and technically qualified, local and foreign parties for the  Design and Management Consultancy for the Re-development of Male’ road network.

2. The detailed scope of services are outlined in the Terms of Reference.  Interested eligible parties may obtain the TOR and RFP document from www.housing.gov.mv.

3. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 05^th November 2014 at 1100 hrs Maldivian time at the Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure.

4. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and shall be delivered to the Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure, in accordance with the requirements given in the Bidding Documents, at the address and to the person specified below in sealed bids on or before 1400 hrs Maldivian time on 19th November 2014, at which time they will be opened in the presence of the Bidders who wish to attend.
