MPL is currently looking for self-motivated and experienced individual for Inter Audit Manager at our Internal Audit   Department. Successful candidate will be responsible for the timely implementation and execution of internal audits as   per  the audit plan, conduct follow-ups and assist with other audit/investigations.

 Educational qualification:

 Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Auditing

 * Priority will be given to the candidates who have completed ACCA/CIMA or   candidates with higher education in a relevant field with appropriate experience will   have an added advantage

 Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrable more than three years’ experience in an auditing role and/or controls testing.
• Strong understanding of information security controls & standards
• Good interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal)
• High personal integrity with strong ethics and values

 Key accountabilities include:

1. Formulate Audit Universe and risk based Internal Audit Plan
2. Develop audit engagement plan and audit programs
3. Supervise and conduct the audit assignments as per the engagement plan and ensure that sufficient and appropriate audit evidence are obtained
4. Ensure that audit works are properly documented
5. Establish a proper mechanism to supervise and monitor the work of staff Internal Audit Department and ensure that timely feedback is given
6. Finalize the audit reports and ensure that audit reports are completed within the agreed timeline with relevant quality  
7. Attending additional audit work assigned by the CIA
