Design & Development

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor’s Degree or MNQF Level 7 Qualification in Architecture/Interior Design or relevant field with minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant field (OR)
• Advanced Diploma or MNQF level 6 qualification in relevant field with minimum 4 years’ experience in relevant field.

OVERALL SCOPE
Responsible for the design and development of concepts, details and technical drawings of projects and implementation of its guidelines.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Execute the design and development of assigned technical and administrative projects and tasks.
• Project management at both formulation and implementation stage projects.
• Carry out inspection of ongoing and completed buildings.
• Assist in building approval process.
• Preparation of registration and agreement drawings.
• Understand and apply all aspects of local laws, regulations, policies, procedures and standards pertaining to the planning process.
• Conduct tasked relevant research and analysis.
• Follow and be thorough with internal SOP's and Corporate procedures established.
• Preparing Progress reports and statements.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stake holders regarding own tasks or team tasks to find solutions or way forward to complete objectives.
• Ensure to follow proper documentation and quality control standards.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATION
• Familiar with 3D modeling rendering Software’s (Sketch-up, Lumion, 3D Studio Max, etc.) and AutoCAD.
• Interpret maps, site and building plans and specifications, graphs and statistical data.
• Interpret and understand Interior and architectural plans, concepts and methodologies.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel, Team, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, team building and analytical skills.
• Should be well organized, detail-oriented, forward thinking and proactive.
• Discretion and need for confidentiality.

SALARY PACKAGE
Gross salary negotiable based on qualification and experience.
