ANNOUNCEMENT

On behalf of the Government of Maldives, the Ministry of Tourism is introducing “Maldives Tourism Awards”, commencing from year 2022. This will be an annual award dedicated to the tourism sector of Maldives. With an objective to acknowledge and recognize the valuable contributions made by industry partners for the development of tourism in Maldives, the award will feature special categories for accommodation sector and other service sectors related to the industry.

As such, application for “Maldives Tourism Awards 2022” is now open for all Travel Agencies, Dive Centers and Watersports Centers in the Maldives. Interested parties can submit their applications via online through the link https://tinyurl.com/mwyufn6x with supporting documents. Applications will be assessed/judged for the year starting from 1^st June 2021 ending in 31^st May 2022 based on the award criteria attached.  

Deadline for application is 14:00 hrs on Monday, 5^th September 2022.
