System Audit – Information Technology System of the Maldives Retirement Pension Scheme
The Government of the Republic of Maldives has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of the Maldives Pension and Social Protection Administration Project (PSPAP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds to conduct a Systems Audit of the Information Technology System of the Maldives Retirement Pension Scheme (MRPS) IT System ‘Koshaaru’.
Objective
- Conduct a comprehensive audit and assurance of the MRPS IT System ‘Koshaaru’ (henceforth ‘Koshaaru’ or ‘IT system’).
- Report on conclusions reached from the audit and recommend suitable measures for correcting any deficiencies identified during the audit process.
The contract must be completed in accordance with ISACA ‘IS Audit and Assurance Standards’.

The Maldives Pension Administration Office now invites interested eligible firmsto submit their expressions of interest. Interested firms must provide a Company Profile including information that demonstrates that they are qualified to perform the services (description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills, etc.)
A firm will be selected in accordance with the Least-Cost Selection (LCS) method set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers, January 2011, for which short listed parties would be later invited to submit Technical and Financial proposal in two separate sealed envelopes, as per the Request for Proposal issued.
Interested eligible parties are requested to submit the Expression of interest by 3pm on 19th October 2014.
