Minimum Qualification & Experience

Completed Masters Qualification with minimum 5 years of executive management experience in a related field.

OR

Completed Degree Qualification with minimum 7 years of executive management experience in a related field.

OR

Completed Diploma Qualification with minimum 9 years of executive/senior management experience in a related field.

OR

Completed O’Level with 3 passes with Minimum 15 years of executive/senior management experience in a related field

Should complete ICAO ANNEX 14 & Safety Management system (within 06 months of employment)

Competencies desirable;

Able to work under pressure with multitasking in different locations, environment, schedules and managing people effectively.

Good interpersonal skills and social skills that include a positive outlook and a sincere concern for employees and customers. Able to manage stressful situations with effective communication skills.

Applicants are expected to work with high ethical standards and integrity.

Successful applicants must be professional in maintaining image and demeanor adhere to all aviation rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure that airport staffs follow aviation and security rules.
2. Monitor and manage all expenses within the approved budget.
3. Provide training to airport staff in safety and emergency procedures.
4. Ensure customer complaints are handled and resolved in accurately and timely manner.
5. Follow government rules and regulations for airport operations.
6. Guide and manage airport operational and maintenance personnel.
7. Manage recruitment, training, workload assignment, performance review, appraisals and promotions for airport staff.
8. Assist in preparing annual budget for airport operations.
9. Review and revise airport safety and security plans as needed.
10. Develop and implement safety policies and practices for employees.
11. Manage aircraft fueling, heating, cleaning, etc before the flight.
12. Inspect runway grounds and lightings on regular basis.
13. Ensure that airport facility is kept clean, safe and secure.
14. Ensure airport facilities and equipment are in good working order.

Salary Package

MVR 20,000
