Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation Limited (MMPRC) invites Expression of Interest from interested parties to take on lease land parcels allocated for the development, operation and maintenance of Beach Resorts under phase 1 of the Thumburi Integrated Resort Project at Laamu Atoll, Republic of Maldives.

For details on submitting an application for Expression of Interest, the selection process, the details of the available land parcels, the lease terms, and the permitted use for the land parcels, please refer to the document named “Instructions for Submission of Expression of Interest” (“ISEOI”)  via our website www.investtourism.gov.mv.

Interested eligible parties may submit their Expression of Interest with all the necessary documents, duly signed by an authorized signatory and sealed, by 14:30 HRS of 31st October 2014 to the address provided in the ISEOI document."
