Job Responsibilities

• Processing all arrival and departure clearance of company vessels and other vessels falling under STO agency slip.
• Draw up all required pre arrival documents of calling vessels and forward them to the concerned authorities before vessel arrival.
• Draw up port Disbursement Account of vessels falling under companies’ agency ship.
• Assist technical sections administrative jobs.
• Organize and arrange all purchasing requirements of logistics to continue the operations without interruption.
• Manage, monitor and maintain records of all stored and service requisitions from the initial requisition to the deliver of goods or services.  

Required Qualifications

• 4 Pass in A Level with 1 year experience OR Certificate level 4 in supply chain management or business or administration with 1 year experience OR Diploma in supply chain management or business or administration.
• Should have knowledge in using Microsoft Office software.

Preferred Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Experience in relevant field and should be familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
• Should be able to work long hours.
