INVITATION FOR BIDS

• Due to an error in the email address in the invitation for bids (IUL)431-AHP/1/2022/6 published on 7^th April 2022, we have decided to cancel the previous invitation and open a new invitation.

• Maldives Land and Survey Authority invite experts to submit proposal to develop software to Manage land information in Maldives.

• A complete set of the Terms of Reference (TOR) is available from MLSA’s website https://mlsa.gov.mv/uploads/LIS Consultant TOR.pdf

• Interested Bidders shall register by submitting contact details (which include Company Name, Country of origin, Contact Person, Contact Number and Email) to [email protected] latest by 1400hrs (local time), 3rd May 2022.  

• The registered Bidders may also obtain further clarifications regarding the Bidding Documents via email [email protected] until 1400hrs (local time), 7th May 2022.  

• The proposal signed by the duly authorized signatory (ies) must be submitted to the bid opening meeting held at the meeting room of Maldives Land and Survey Authority at 1000 hrs (Local time) on 29^th May 2022 or sent via courier to

before 1000 hours (Local time) on 28th May 2022. Bids submitted past the deadline will not be accepted.  A validity of 90 days must be given to all the bids submitted.
