The Secretariat of South MiadhunmaduluManadhoo Council announces public tendering for the lease and development of a 100 beds City Hotel on the plot of  12,263 m² (square meter) land area which is located in the west side of the island, NoonuManadhoo.

The plot of land will be leased for a period of 50 (fifty) years pursuant to section 8 of the law on Tourism (Law No.2/99).

1. Interested parties may obtain further information, inspect and purchase the bidding documents from  , 8^thSeptember  2014 up to, 17^thSeptember  2014 between 09:00hrs to 15:00hrs at the following address;

2. Bidding documents may be purchased on submission of an application from the address mentioned above. The price of a set of bidding documents for all is USD 100/- (One Hundred United states dollar).

3. The application form shall be accompanied by:

        -    A power of attorney. (This shall not be applicable to individual bidders signing their application forms and their own bids).

        -    Documentary evidence of person or legal entity. (Copy of national identity card or passport of individuals)

        -    Payment for the bidding Documents as specified in the Clause 2 of the IFB.

4. Upon payment for bidding documents, a receipt shall be issued which shall include the bid serial number. The bidding documents and bid serial numbers are non-transferable and the payment for the bidding document is non-refundable.

5. Each bidder shall submit only one bid for the plot of land.

6. A pre-bid meeting to provide information for interested parties shall be held at 1300hrs on 17^thSeptember 2014. The Venue for the meeting is the conference hall of the Secretariat of Manadhoo Council.

7. Bids must be delivered at 1300hrs 16thOctober 2014 to the address mentioned in IFB clause 2. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the event at 1300hrs on, 16^thOctober 2013 at the conference hall of the Secretariat of Manadhoo Council.
