Maldives Airports Company Limited is seeking to recruit talented and qualified individual to the position of Assistant Officer, Lounge Operations at our Passenger Services Department. The successful candidate will be responsible to support Leeli Lounge Operations by providing for business class, priory and paying passengers while delivering an excellent service and ensuring a safe and secure operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the lounge and provide a courteous service at the reception and on the floor.
• Assist with customer’s arrival and departure processes ensuring customers have a seamless travel experience.
• Keep lounge customers informed regarding flight departure and other information pertaining to flight.
• Introduce customers to all aspects of the lounge product, advising them of all available services.

Qualification & Experience

• GCE A’Level standard or
• Completion of GCE O’Level with atleast 2 years’ experience in a related field.
