REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TO CONDUCT A TRAINING PROGRAM ON

INVESTMENT ADVISER/ FUND MANAGER

Capital Market Development Authority (CMDA) is looking for a firm or an Individual to develop and deliver a training program for the Investment Adviser/ Fund Manager Training Program in the Maldives.

The objective of the program is to allow participants to acquire practical skills required to effectively discharge the role of an Investment Advisor.

Target Audience

The program is targeted for potential investment advisers who would like to apply for the Investment adviser’s license. A total of 20-30 participants are expected to participate in the program. 

Duration of the Course

The program should be designed such that it is conducted over a period of 3 consecutive working days, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, expected to be held latest by the 3^rd week of November 2014.

Responsibilities of the Presenter

The firm or the individual hired to conduct this program will be tasked with preparing the course material, exam paper (100 Multiple Choice Questions) with an answer sheet based on the proposed course outline. Course materials should be delivered to CMCGI/CMDA at least one week prior to the commencement of the program. The exam paper for the course should also be submitted to CMDA within one week starting after the completion of the program. The material should include any relevant case studies and papers.
