INVITATION TO TENDER

TENDER NAME: PROVISION OF ISO 9001:2008 AUDIT SERVICES

1. The operations of Civil Service Commission (CSC) have been ISO 9001:2008 Certified on September 21, 2013. According to the requirements of the ISO, the commission is in need to conduct periodic Surveillance Audits.  

2. The Civil Service Commission, therefore, invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for the tender of the Provision of ISO 9001:2008 Audit Services.

3. Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and submit the bid documents, as said below.

Pre-bid Briefing

Terms: Information on Tender will only be given to those who attend the meeting.

Time: 1200hrs

Venue: CSC Training Room, 12^th Floor, Velaana Building

Bid Opening Meeting

Terms: Bids will be opened immediately in the presence of the Candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at the Bid Opening Meeting.

Date: 10^th September 2014

Time: 1200hrs

4. Note: Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery must be in Civil Service Commission and shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of the tender.
