Salary & Benefits

• Net Salary Range: MVR 17,000 to 20,000
• Overtime and extra working days allowance

Job Responsibilities

• Collecting requirements from requesting department
• Prepare conceptual design documents and plans for management approval
• Create estimates and detailed BOQ for budgeting
• Compile and draft documents required for Tender
• Assist in tender process including evaluation of proposals
• Document project progress and file necessary documents
• Prepare weekly project progress updates
• Update payment records
• Visit site for inspection and instructions
• Attempt to attain progress in every other aspect of organizational goals and motives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying with 2 years of work experience

Preferred Requirements

• Should have knowledge in using Microsoft Office package
• Should have knowledge in using AutoCAD and relevant applications
• Civil Engineering License/ Quantity Surveying License
• Structural Checker -Structural Approval Stamp
