ASSISTANT CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER

Requirement / Qualifications:

  • Completed GCE O’level (minimum 3 passes including English)

Preferred Skills:

  • Possess strong communication skills.
  • Able to fluently read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Effective verbal and written skill.
  • Have strong computer skills on MS Office including proficiency with email communication.

 Key responsibilities: 

  • Assist, communicate and solve all enquiries of customer/ related to customers.
  • Get flight schedule from airlines and agents and update landings, departure, delays and cancellations.
  • Manage the VVIP, VIP and CIP procedure/ related issues.
