ASSISTANT CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER

Requirement / Qualifications:
- Completed GCE O’level (minimum 3 passes including English)
Preferred Skills:
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Able to fluently read, write, speak and understand English.
- Effective verbal and written skill.
- Have strong computer skills on MS Office including proficiency with email communication.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist, communicate and solve all enquiries of customer/ related to customers.
- Get flight schedule from airlines and agents and update landings, departure, delays and cancellations.
- Manage the VVIP, VIP and CIP procedure/ related issues.
