The Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Technology has received funding from the Global Environment Facility (GEF) towards implementing the project “Enhancing National Development through Environmentally Resilient Islands”,and intends to apply part of the proceeds to recruit a Consultant to develop management plans for the 6 protected areas at Laamu Atoll.
The Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Technology invites interested eligible individuals to submit their application.
The details of the Eligibility criteria, Scope of work, Remuneration and Duration of Assignment can be found in the attached TOR of this announcement.
Pre-Bid meeting
A pre-bid meeting will be held on 06th March 2022 at 10:00 hours Maldivian time at the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Technology.
Bid Validity and Bid Opening
Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of bid opening and shall be submitted to the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Technology, before 10:00 AM Maldivian Time on 13th March 2022. Late bids will be rejected.
The bids will be opened at 10:00 AM on 13th March 2022 in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish to attend the bid opening.
