Project name: Lease, Development and Operation of a shop in Hanimadhoo Airport Premises

Bid announcement date: 16^th January 2022

With reference to the announcement made on 16^th January 2022, please find below the revised changes:

Section 3. Proposal Data Sheet, 16: Duration of contact,

The lease period is 2 calendar years.

Section 5: Schedule of requirements, 5.2: Lease duration,

The Term of the lease shall be 2 calendar years. However, in the event of a relocation of the Premises during the Term of the Lease due to a major airport upgrading Project, both parties shall re-negotiate the rent and new location to be relocated. In the event amicable negotiations are not reached between the Parties the Term of the Contract shall be terminated.

Section 6. Returnable Proposal Forms/Checklist, Form B: Proposed Lease,

Proponents are requested to provide a proposed lease for 2-year period to reflect the above changes.

Further to the above changes, please note that,

Under Section 4. Evaluation Criteria, 4. Financial Evaluation shall be changed as below

Highest lease proposed for the 2-year period shall receive the highest marks. Remaining competent proposals shall receive marks on a pro-rata basis.

Hence, the revised dates for this Invitation for Proposal are as follows,
