Addendum - 01

Procurement of Cables

Fenaka Corporation Limited requests quotation from interested and eligible companies to supply cables as per Information Sheet attached.

Due to lack of participants, registration for this tender is extended as per below table.

All bids should be accompanied with a bid security of USD 3,000.00 (Three Thousand US Dollars) or its equivalent in Maldivian Rufiyaa.

• Bid security should be:

-  Original bank guarantee letter (or)

-  Bank guaranteed and stamped cheque (or)

-  An insurance policy from Maldives Monetary Authority registered insurance company.

• Bid security must be submitted in the name of the bidder.
• Bid security should be valid for 20 (twenty) additional days beyond the validity of the quotation.
• Bid should be valid for a period of 60 (sixty) days from the date of bid opening.

A confirmation email shall be sent upon registration to the respective email. Bids shall be opened on 12^th January 2022 at 1300hrs Maldivian time, in the presence of the bidders and any late bids will be rejected.

Important Note:
