- 1. Educational qualification
|
Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational psychology, Human Resources with 5 years of experience or
Bachelor degree in Similar field with minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resource Development, Counselling or Career Guidance work.
|
- 2. Personal Skills & Competencies
|
- Assess employee performance and inform employees about potential shortcomings in their skill sets and devising strategies with them to remedy these shortcomings.
- Counsel employees about job performance and career-related issues. Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to help employees improve their performance and make an informed career decision.
- Determine appropriate assessments and interventions required to assist employees to reduce anxiety, stress, and lack of morale, poor output, and job dissatisfaction.
- Develop interview techniques, psychological tests, and quality assessments to assess skills, abilities, and interests for the purpose of employee selection and promotion.
- Design and implement programs to develop employees and motivate them in order to stimulate work efficiency and increase productivity.
- Conduct research and advise management on matters such as: workplace supervision and leadership, physical work environments, communication systems, group interactions, morale, and motivation within the organization
