HIRING A PARTY FOR CIVIL WORKS AT STO TRADE CENTER BLOCK 02-25.
Tenderers are hereby invited by State Trading Organization Plc. of the Republic of Maldives, for Civil Works at STO Trade Center Block 02-25.
- Project Overview;
Project Scope consists of the works below:
- Demolition Works, Doors and Windows, Putty and Painting ,Flooring, Electrical Works, Ceiling , Tiling, Metal & Timber Works, Hydraulics and Drainage, Ventilation to Equipment, Air Condition Works, Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting works

Deadline for Registration is 21st November 2021, 1100hrs.
A complete set of Bidding Document in English shall be sent via e-mail on the 21st November 2021, only to the parties who have registered under the tender.

Pre-bid Conference/Site visit: |
Pre-bid conference/Site visit will be held for the registered parties at STO Trade Center on the 23rd of November 2021, 1100hrs.

Questions and Replies: |
Questions shall be type-written in English and shall be sent via email to the address specified below. Deadline for queries is 25th November 2021, 1100hrs.
Replies to questions will be given on the 28th of November 2021, to all those who have successfully registered under this tender

Tender Submission |
Documents shall be emailed to [email protected] (NOT LATER than on 02nd December 2021 at 1100hrs.)
Submissions received after deadline shall be rejected.
