Request for Proposals for Microsoft Licenses, Antivirus & Configure/Merge with the Existing IT Infrastructure

Fenaka Corporation Limited requests proposals from interested and eligible companies to supply for Microsoft Licenses, Antivirus & Configure/Merge with the Existing IT Infrastructure as per Information Sheet.

Please note that this is a retender of FNK/IUL/2021/430

All bids should be accompanied with a bid security of USD 2,000.00 (Two Thousand US Dollars) or its equivalent in Maldivian Rufiyaa.

• Bid security should be:

-          Original bank guarantee letter (or)

-          Bank guaranteed and stamped cheque (or)

-          An insurance policy from Maldives Monetary Authority registered insurance company.

• Bid security must be submitted in the name of the bidder.
• Bid security should be valid for 20 (twenty) additional days beyond the validity of the quotation.
• Bid should be valid for a period of 180 (Hundred and eighty) days from the date of bid opening.

A confirmation email shall be sent upon registration to the respective email. Bids shall be opened on 31^st October 2021 at 1030hrs Maldivian time, in the presence of the bidders and any late bids will be rejected.
