Invitation of Tender No: HDC (161)-PWM/IU/2021/520

1. Housing Development Corporation Limited invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for “Hulhumalé Phase I Major Roads – Road Markings & Asphalt Repair”(hereinafter called the “Works” or “Project”) as per the scope given by the Employer.

2. Tenderers may obtain further information about this Invitation of Tender at the office of Housing Development Corporation Ltd, Ground Floor, HDC Building, Hulhumalé, Republic of Maldives.

3. Only 100% Maldivian shareholding parties are eligible to submit proposal for this tender.

4. Tenderers shall declare all Conflict(s) of Interests to any HDC employee/HDC Board of Directors/any vendor, financial, non-financial or otherwise.

5. Tenderers shall register as a vendor prior to bid submission date stated below in clause 9

6. A complete set of the tender documents may be obtained by the interested Tenderers from HDC’s website link: https://hdc.com.mv/announcements/bids/

7. Tenders must be submitted to the office mentioned below in Clause 9, not later than 11:00hrs on 2nd November 2021. and must be accompanied by a tender security, in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, in the amount of MVR 50,000.00 (Maldivian Rufiyaa Fifty Thousand).

8. Tenders will be opened in a session to be held at the office mentioned below in Clause 9, and in the presence of representatives of tenderers who wish to attend. This session will take place at time and date tabulated in Clause 9 of this section or such other time and date as may be notified to the tenderers.
