REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLY OF UNIFORMS
1. Interested parties are hereby invited by Maldives State Shipping Company Pvt Ltd. of the Republic of Maldives, to submit their quotations for procuring and supplying the following items.

2. Quotation shall indicate the following:
- Price: Door-step Delivery Price
- Currency: (If not stated, shall be assumed as Maldivian Rufiyaa).
- Delivery period: (In days)
- Payment: 100% upon delivery
- Payment terms: Payment shall be made in Maldivian Rufiyaa
- Quotation validity: Quotation validity shall be minimum 45 days from the date of bid opening.
- Company details: Shall submit company profile, registration copy, tax clearance and contact details.
3. Further specification is provided in the information sheet attached.
4. Each proponent shall not propose more than one quotation.

Information Session: An information session regarding this tender will be held on 05 October 2021 at MSS Office address given below. 11:00hrs, 3rd Floor, STO Trade Center Orchid Magu, K. Male’ Republic of Maldives |
An information session will be held for the interested proponents on 05 October 2021. Bid proposals from the parties which does not participate in this information session will not be accepted. |

Queries and Replies: Deadline for queries and replies is 10 October 2021 |

Tender submission: Tenders email will be open from 09:00hrs, 11 October 2021 till 14:00hrs, 13 October 2021 |
Tenderers are required to send in their quotations to [email protected] Submissions after the deadline shall be rejected. |
