• Net Salary Range: MVR 11,500 to 12,500
• Overtime and extra working days allowance

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, welding, masonry, tilling works etc.
• Identify list of materials and provide estimate timeline for given task.
• Site clearance after completing works.
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment’s and tools used for maintenance works and ensuring equipment’s are in working condition.
• Respond to emergency maintenance and repairs tasks during and after office hours.

Required Qualifications

• Completed Grade 10.
• Age between 18 – 40 years old.
• Full Body Medical Report (After selection confirmation).

Preferred Requirements

• Able to work on odd hours.
• Certificate in welding, plumbing, electrical, carpentry or related field will be an added advantage.
• Ability to perform maintenance related tasks that require standing or movement for extend period.
