MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
1. Degree or MNQF Level 7 Qualification in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical with minimum 5 years’ experience in Telecom Industry or relevant field. (OR)
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in Telecom Industry with Technical Certifications.

OVERALL SCOPE
Responsible for maintaining and providing feedback to the existing and upcoming telecom network infrastructures and managing all the telecom towers belongs to HDC.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Manage and assist all related activities for expansion or modification of existing network facilities (GPON or FTTH, Datacenter, Cellular tower)
• Provide technical support during construction/operation activities at network locations.
• Act as the focal point for internal and external clients relating to the field.
• Ensure the site quality meet the required quality within the agreed SLA.
• Prepare detailed network designs and installation drawings, estimate of labor requirement and material costs.
• Prepare Pre-Work and Post-Work site audits.
• Ensure occupational health and safety practices are in place in relation to relevant standards and procedures.
• Inspect completed work to ensure all hardware is tight, antennas are level, hangers are properly fastened, proper support is in place, or adequate weather proofing has been installed.
• Manage subcontractor for site supervision.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Proved experience installing and maintaining: Cabling, Antennas, Microwave dish, inspections, lighting systems.
• Working knowledge of telecom field.
• Ability to work at heights (200ft +).
• Proven experience in similar field.
• Experience in planning, expansion of telecommunications infrastructure.
• Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets.
• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of executing calmly against tough deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear, actionable plans.

SALARY PACKAGE:
Salary negotiable based on educational qualification and experience.
