Key Responsibilities

• Lead as ERP implementation project manager.
• ERP Implementation planning and the delivery of value-added work, to scope, deadline and budget.
• Business and systems analysis and review of existing financial and system policies.
• Implement business processes and best practices to company’s financial systems, guide the finance and accounting teams during implementation period.
• Ensure adequate internal controls are implemented in the ERP system process and workflows.
• Ensure finance systems and process implemented enables reporting of the company in compliance with International Accounting Standards.
• Liaising with on-shore and off-shore development teams (implementer) to deliver robust solutions on time.
• Demonstrate the ability to work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes and anticipate implications.
• Organizing and managing the staff training for the ERP software.
• Managing change monitor and document the state of ERP configuration and managing the ERP function team.

Qualification & Experience

• Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), or Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), or Chartered Public Accountants (CPA by IFAC), or Chartered Institute of Management Accounts (CIMA), or member of any other professional accounting body recognized by IFAC
• Minimum 10 years’ work experience in accounting field, of which minimum 3 years’ experience at management level with Experience in major ERP systems.
• Sound knowledge in application of IFRS/IAS, Internal controls and risk management practices.

OR

• Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 12 years’ work experience of which minimum 3 years’ experience at management level with Experience in major ERP systems.
• Sound knowledge in application of IFRS/IAS, Internal controls and risk management practices.

 Skills

• Creative thinker with exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop a strong rapport with customers and project team.
• Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines
• Experience with large-scale accounting software implementations, and/or data migration expertise, and/or Project Management experience are all beneficial.
• Experience in Airline and Aviation industry will be an added advantage.
