Salary

-       Develop financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services and preparing growth plans.

-       Develop finance budgets, tax strategies and organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction, establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.

-       Establish finance operational strategies by evaluating trends, establishing critical measurement, determining production, productivity, quality and customer service strategies, designing systems, accumulating resources, resolving problems and implementing change.

-       Develop financial strategies by forecasting capital, identifying monetary resources and developing action plans.

-       Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions and minimizing the impact variances.

-       Maximize return on investment funds by identifying investment opportunities.

-       Reports financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances and developing improvements.

-       Oversee the company’s transaction processing systems

-       Implement operational best practices

-       Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts

-       Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations.

-       Accomplish finance and organization mission by completing relate results as needed.

Key Responsibilities

-       Degree in Accounting & Finance with professional qualification

-       Minimum 5 of experience in senior finance roles.

-       Thorough knowledge of IFRS, corporate financial law/ tax regulations and risk management practices.

-       Extensive knowledge of financial data analysis/ budgeting/ forecasting methods.

-       A demonstrated ability to prepare and analyze commercial and financial statements.

-       A demonstrated ability to analyze financial problems and make appropriate recommendations, conduct cost-benefit studies and evaluate alternate fiscal and managerial approaches.

-       Design and establishing of financial and management reporting system and experience of accounting software and ERP suitable for complex corporate environment.

-       Ability and experience in strategic business planning, financial forecasting, advising and supporting the management and the Board on goal and strategy focused decision making.

-       Ability and experience in team building, managing and motivating staff focused in bottom line and long-term goals.

-       Preference will be given to candidates having working experience in manufacturing industry.

-       Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment and should be a person of high integrity, ethical and moral standards
