Basic Education with Minimum 3 years of experience as a kitchen helper

Responsibilities

 

Position Purpose

Assist Chef in preparing and cooking large quantities of food for the Airport staff and customers. Clean and maintain the kitchen area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food for all staff and customers according to chef’s instructions.
  • Wash, peel, and cut various foods, such as fruits and vegetables, to prepare for cooking or serving.
    • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
    • Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
    • Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
    • Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
    • Sweep or scrub kitchen area.
    • Clean food preparation areas and cooking surfaces
    • Assist Subordinates in solving operational issues and providing technical support
    • Assist Monitoring and sustaining enough stocks of materials
    • Assist with maintaining records of food storage.
    • Maintain detailed records of the work.
    • Maintain service/staff quality.
    • Maintain occupational health & safety standards
    • Perform other duties required or assigned, which help to improve the productivity and service of the department.

 

Basic Salary

MVR 6500

Daily Allowance per working day

MVR 150
