Island Aviation Services Limited is wholly owned by the Government of Maldives and is the operator of the national airline of Maldives – Maldivian. IASL provides International and Domestic Airline related services and Airport management services.
FINANCE EXECUTIVE (JOB REF NO: J/2021/17)
Scope of work:
Regularly and accurately fulfilling all tax obligations of the Company. Maintaining fixed asset register of the Company. Assist in financial reporting and management reporting of the Company.
Qualifications & Experience:
ACCA part 2 or Accounting/Finance degree or equivalent qualification preferred and 2 years of work experience in related field.
Requirements:
- Ability to understand and apply current accounting guidelines, system updates and revisions and policy changes
- Ability to work under pressure and for long and odd hours
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow, apply, interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow, apply interpret and explain instructions and/or guidelines
- Ability to learn and use the software used in the departments and work independently after the training
- Highly energized and motivated with a high level of commitment
- Computer literate
