MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Post Graduates Certificate in relevant field with minimum 10 years of work experience in the field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role.
OVERALL SCOPE
Develop, review and implement the annual Business Development Plan and Strategic plan as well as the annual work plan.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Support various airports and its locations in assessing investment opportunities locally and internationally.
- Liaise with relevant internal and external bodies i.e. RACL Board, Senior Management, vendor, contractors on development projects.
- To capture and report the key business metrics and to measure progress on a quarterly basis to the Managing Director.
- Represent in all meetings and projects in relations to development and investment projects at all times.
- Provide direction and guideline to all service points, Departments and Units in the area of Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Asset Management, Procurement, Public Relations, Information Technology, Quality Improvement, to ensure alignment with the Corporate strategies.
- Conduct annual review of SOPs/department/unit mandates, KPIs to meet the changing stakeholders’ requirement.
- Deliver accurate business reports by carrying out market research and analysis.
- Develop and manage stakeholder communication tools such as the corporate website.
- Designing, implementing and facilitating the company’s annual marketing strategies
- Develop and implement the corporate individual strategies for all airports.
- Planning, supporting and coordinating the overall budget activities for all service points and departments.
- Supporting and facilitating implementation and development of marketing plans and section businesses
- Managing and developing media announcements and represent RACL for all public activities: represent RACL at industry events and to potential stakeholders.
- Developing materials for promotion so that print copies and marketing collateral are carried out.
- Ensure RACL remains proactive and responsive to prospective stakeholders, events, opportunities and threats through competitor intelligence.
- Ensure that the people in the key Departments are trained in the necessary courses to build marketing capability within the Company.
SALARY PACKAGE:
Basic Salary MVR 15,000
Daily Allowance MVR 400 per Working Day
